Do you film or take photos for me?
No. You film and take your own photos and videos, even on your phone, and drop them in a shared Google Drive folder. I edit them into posts and ads, add text, music, voiceover and captions, and schedule everything.
Do I need to know anything about tech?
No. Every questionnaire has step by step guides and short videos. If you get stuck, check "I need help" and I'll send you a walkthrough.
Do we have to get on a call?
No. You order, fill out your questionnaire and I handle the rest. If your project needs a conversation, I'll send you a link to book a call.
How long does it take?
A la carte services take 2 to 5 business days after your questionnaire is complete. Websites, stores, programs and schools take 2 to 4 weeks. Need it sooner? Add Rush Delivery: packages in 7 to 10 business days for $500, or a la carte services in 1 to 2 business days for $75.
Can AI tools like ChatGPT really recommend my business?
They can, if they can find and understand you. AI SEO gives you the best possible chance. No one can promise a recommendation, and I won't.
Do I ever share my passwords?
Never. You add me as a user or partner on your accounts. You keep ownership of everything.
Who pays for ads, hosting and apps?
You do, on your own card. That includes ad spend, domains, Shopify or Kajabi plans and tools like Zapier.
What if I want changes?
Every package includes 2 rounds of changes. Extra changes are $75 an hour.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund before work starts. Once work begins, there are no refunds.
